  • Will the workshop suit me/my group?

    Absolutely! Our chocolate workshops cater to a wide range of groups and skill levels.

  • How old do I have to be to attend a class?

    We offer kids' classes for ages 10-15 and adult classes for ages 16 and over.

  • Are private workshop bookings available?

    Yes, we can run private chocolate workshops for birthdays, hens' parties, corporate team bonding events, or just a fun get-together with friends.  Please contact us to inquire about booking a private workshop.

  • What do I need to bring for my class?

    You don't need to bring anything!  Just wear comfortable closed shoes and something to tie your hair back.  An apron will be provided for you.

  • Is there parking?

    We don’t have parking on the premises but there is ample parking in the surrounds of Caringbah and near our premises.  There is unrestricted parking in Willarong Road just off the Kingsway, as well as 4 hour parking in the Council Car Park in the same street.  Alternatively, you can park in the car park at Hay Avenue & MacKay Street.

  • Can I take photos?

    Yes, you are welcome to take photos in our workshop.  Our team may also take photos or video for marketing purposes.  If you would like us not to use your name or image, please let us know on the day.

  • Can I attend a class if I have a food allergy?

    Please contact us before your class date if you have a food allergy.  We will let you know what steps we can take to ensure your safety.  Please note that all of our chocolate is made in a facility that handles tree nuts, peanuts, milk, sugar, and soy and therefore trace elements may occur.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    We have a no-refund policy for cancellations made within 7 days of the class date.  If you cancel a class booking more than 7 days in advance, you will receive a credit note with a 3-year expiry that is non-transferable to retail items.

  • What happens if Melt & Make cancel or make changes to my booking?

    We reserve the right to change or cancel a ‘confirmed’ class, however, we will advise in ample time if this were to occur.  We do endeavour to run all classes as scheduled, unforeseen circumstances or insufficient class numbers may lead to a class being cancelled or changed.  In the event of a class cancellation or change by us, you will be issued with a credit note for the value of your booking, or receive a refund in the same method as payment was taken.
